My role as a Culinary Agent for the restaurant VERA in Berlin :

The Berlin restaurant VERA, located in the Flora Kiez, entrusted me with shaping their public image.
I regularly photograph new dishes for their menu, build and refine their visual identity and manage the continuous organic growth of their social media presence since the restaurant’s opening. Together, we also created events to strengthen awareness — including the celebration of 2 Years VERA, where local press and influencers were invited.

Opening a restaurant in the Flora neighborhood was a challenge, but the local community has proven both loyal and supportive. In a city with such intense competition, social media is essential. Yet VERA is not about hype — it is about authenticity, consistency and staying true to who they are, while sharing that with their community.

Consulting for Pastry

Opening a restaurant requires dedication and long hours both in the kitchen and the office. I’ve noticed that many chefs launching their own restaurants often feel overwhelmed by the sheer workload. Running a kitchen with just one or two people can be stressful and hiring a full-time pastry chef can be a significant cost, especially in the early stages.

I offer my expertise to help you and your team develop desserts and pastries, streamline production processes and provide hands-on support in execution.
