This is a delicious and very simple cake. You can make it together with your child if your are in lock down (like us) and you don’t know how to keep her or him busy. My kid is always happy to help me cook or bake, especially when he can leak the spoon and is proud of the result.
I made it as a whole cake and as singles. Some like it better as singles, they find it more crusty. I almost prefer it as a whole cake, I find it very soft.

Preheat the oven on 180c°, bake for about 30′ until golden
200g almond powder
100g melted butter
In a bowl, mix the eggs, sugar and vanilla until fluffy.
Add the melted butter, then the almond powder.
Pour in a form previously greased. Et voilà!
